1. Can I get custom-made designs from Crystal Craft? 


Yes, you can get Customised Monogram Bags, Customised Bedding Sets, Curtains and Drapes, Customised Giftables from Crystal Craft.

2. Are your products manufactured in-house? 


We source our raw materials from both India and all over the world to maintain the international standard of quality. We have an in-house design, production, QC and marketing team. Each component is meticulously placed by trained karigars to achieve the desired results.

3. Which currency can I shop in to make a purchase? 


You can make a purchase in INR and USD from our website.

4. Are your collections available at local retail stores? 


Yes, you can find our collections at Aza Fashions (Pan India), Agaashe, L’affaire, and Pitaraah.

5. To which countries do you deliver your products? 


We deliver our products worldwide.

6. Can I return the product if I am not happy with the quality?


You may return the product to Crystal Craft in the case of a manufacturing defect.


7. Would I get a refund once I return the product?


Our team will review the product you purchased based on the extent and nature of the damage. If we find that the product is unused and is satisfactory, we will initiate a refund, which will be at the discretion of Crystal Craft and will be determined accordingly.


8. How soon can the product be delivered to me after placing my order?                                                                                                    

 For delivering Crystal Crafts products in India, it will take 7-10 working days after receiving the payment. Customized products will take 45-60 days to deliver.

International deliveries: Customised products will take 90 days to deliver. Non-customized 45-60 days to deliver.

 9. What if the crystal component comes off from the item after use? 


Please follow the care and maintenance guide/instructions for the specific product. If any crystal component comes off within a year, we offer free repair for a year (conditions* apply).
Conditions*: The quality control team assesses the nature of damage and reverts to the customer if the repair can be done for free or is chargeable. Once the approval is taken by the customer, we repair it if applicable.

 10. What type of home décor and art products do you sell?


Our home décor products include cushion covers, blinds, curtains, bed covers with pillows, and more. Our art products include paintings and figurines. For more information, visit our website’s product section.

11.  How will my order be packaged and delivered to me? 


The product comes with proper packaging, custom-designed for the Crystal Craft product desired, and then bubble-packed in a cardboard box for courier.

12.  What does your international shipping cost?
